Who is actually buying?
My company, HireThomas, Inc., a Delaware corporation. I sign the agreements myself.
Who runs the business after the sale?
My company does. A lot of the daily work is done by AI we built, which is how we can take on small businesses that bigger buyers skip.
What do I need to share at first?
Just what's in the form. If it looks like a fit, we sign a mutual NDA, then I ask for view-only access to your payment provider, like a Stripe "View only" role (here's how, for each provider). Logins only change hands at closing.
I'm already listed on Flippa, Acquire or TrustMRR.
Send the listing link. I'll get in touch through that marketplace, and the deal closes through its escrow, the way its rules ask.
How big is the trial fee?
A small percentage of the price, agreed in writing before the trial starts. It depends on the size of the deal.
Is what I send kept private?
Yes. Only my team reads it, we don't share it or add you to any list, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
